For many years it was assumed that poetry came from England. Research now clearly demonstrates, however, that a great many of the world's most famous poets were actually Australian. This project puts on record the wealth of imagery in Australian verse.
Works are included by such poets as
GAVIN MILTON, ALEXANDRA POPE, BILL BLAKE, RABBI BURNS, WARREN KEATS, EMMY-LOU DICKINSON, CAROL LEWIS, VERY MANLY HOPKINS, FIFTEEN BOBSWORTH LONGFELLOW, JEMS CHOICE, KAHLIHLIJI BRAN, TABBY SERIOUS ELIOT, SIR DON BETJEMAN, W H AUDING, ELIZABETH BAYSHOP, DYLAN THOMPSON, SYLVIA BLATH.
Many of these poets were also recorded.
