The unit has never been busier for reasons which are outlined in this important DVD presentation.
Problems emerged swiftly at the national level in the period 2009/2010 and for some time the national capital was cordoned off and the country managed by the duty sergeant. An uneasy peace was eventually engineered in the interests of maintaining essential services, although there is still some lingering concern about the essential services themselves.

The slight misunderstanding about the costings has now been resolved and a new cleaner appointed at the institute.
