Shipping
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post. Depending on the size and value of the parcel we use either the Parcel Post or the Registered Post service. Your order status will be updated via an order status page. For orders within Australia please allow between 1-10 working days for delivery. For International orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail and Registered Post International. Please allow between 5–14 working days for delivery. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time, please contact us.
Pricing and Tax
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10.0% GST. This tax is for sales made within Australia only and will be subtracted from international orders at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment and Security
All payments are made via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from the store. PayPal offers an option for you to pay with your credit card without needing login details. Please be assured that payments for all goods purchased on our website are made securely through PayPal.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds, credits or exchanges are not usually possible. All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
